NCC Approved schemes are an initiative to improve consumer protection and maintain high standards across new & used tourer, motorhome & holiday home sales, service and repair. At the heart of the independently monitored schemes are Consumer Codes of Practice that establish a benchmark for industry best practice and standards.

By being NCC Approved and complying with the Code, a member demonstrates to customers that it makes a conscious and tangible commitment to treat consumers fairly, provide greater consumer protection and rights than required by law and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
